Old style Greek dance music (Rembetica, Laki, Demotiki, and Eipirotika) played on acoustic instruments, including baglama, violin, mandolin, flute, guitar, doumbeleki, dauli, upright bass, and more. (No drum machines or synthesizers!) Big Band swing songs are available upon request. Founded in 1994, this eclectic, Chicago-based band is flexible in size (from duet up to six pieces) and is available for performances across America. When requested to, the band is delighted to teach and lead traditional Greek dances.
