Church of the Annunciation Greek Orthodox & Greek Festival, RI

Description: The Festival will take place under the "Big Tents", rain or shine. More than 25,000 people visit the Cranston Greek Festival over the course of this fabulous three day event of Food, Fun, Greek Dancing and Culture.

Greek Food: Guests enjoy a wide variety of Greek food including roast lamb, Greek style chicken, souvlaki, pastitsio, spanakopita ("spinach pie") tiropita ("cheese pie") and Rhode Island's best GYROS.

The pastry booth will feature hand-made Greek pastries, including kourabiedes, loukoumades, baklava, koulourakia, diples, melomakarona, and rice pudding.

We recommend that you enjoy your Greek pastries with authentic Greek coffee, or an iced coffee, "Frappe".

Imported items from Greece including jewelry, CDs, and clothing. A raffle with a Grand Prize.

Greek Church Tours offer guests the opportunity to learn about the Eastern Orthodox Christian Church - the second largest Christian communion in the world, after the Roman Catholic Church.

Pets: Pets are not allowed at the Cranston Greek Festival. Service animals are permitted.

Parking: Free parking on the Neighborhood Streets near the church. Free Parking with Free Shuttle bus from Cranston West High School parking lot.

Entertainment: Live Greek music will be performed continuously throughout the 3-Day Cranston Greek Festival. Out own Odyssey Dance Troupe will perform traditional dances from mainland Greece and the Greek Islands. There will be a Children's Area with a Bouncy House and Face Painter for families with young children.
